# Loyalty Rewards

> Earn points on every drop and unlock perks.

## How it works

Every drop you complete earns you **RoomDrop Points**. Points accumulate automatically — no punch card, no scanning, no manual tracking.

## Earning points

You earn points each time a drop is successfully delivered to your room. Points are credited after the tip window closes.

## Redeeming points

Points can be redeemed for perks including free drops. Check the **Rewards** tab in the iOS app to see your current balance and available redemptions.

## VIP status

Frequent customers unlock **VIP status**, which comes with exclusive perks and priority treatment. VIP status is based on your drop history and is reviewed periodically.

  VIP status has an expiry — stay active to keep your perks. You'll be notified in-app if your status is close to expiring.

## Points history

Every points transaction is logged in your account. Go to **Account → Loyalty** to see your full history, including earned and redeemed transactions.
