# Runner FAQ

> Common questions from RoomDrop runners.

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How many drops can I do at once?">
    One at a time. You can only have one active drop. Once you mark it delivered, you can accept another.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What if the delivery driver hasn't arrived yet?">
    Wait at the building entrance. If the driver is significantly delayed, you can message the customer through the app. You are not penalized for driver delays.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What if I can't find the customer's room?">
    Use the in-app chat to message the customer. They can guide you to the right room or buzz you in if needed.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What if the customer doesn't answer?">
    Try calling through the app chat. If unreachable, you may leave the food outside their door (use judgment) and mark the drop delivered with a note.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do I need a car?">
    No. RoomDrop is campus-based — all drops are within walking distance. You just need to be able to get to the building entrance and up to the room.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I work at multiple campuses?">
    Yes, if you're approved at multiple campuses. Your runner profile shows which campuses and buildings you're authorized for.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens if I cancel after accepting?">
    Occasional cancellations are understood. Frequent cancellations after acceptance may result in warnings or account review. Only accept drops you're ready to complete.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="When do I get paid?">
    Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect Express, typically within 2 business days. You can view your balance and adjust payout settings in your Stripe Express dashboard.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I report an issue with a drop?">
    Use the support option in the RoomDrop app. You can flag issues on individual drops from your drop history.
