Yes, if you’re approved at multiple campuses. Your runner profile shows which campuses and buildings you’re authorized for.
Occasional cancellations are understood. Frequent cancellations after acceptance may result in warnings or account review. Only accept drops you’re ready to complete.
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect Express, typically within 2 business days. You can view your balance and adjust payout settings in your Stripe Express dashboard.
Use the support option in the RoomDrop app. You can flag issues on individual drops from your drop history.
