You earn points each time a drop is successfully delivered to your room. Points are credited after the tip window closes.Redeeming points
Points can be redeemed for perks including free drops. Check the Rewards tab in the iOS app to see your current balance and available redemptions.VIP status
Frequent customers unlock VIP status, which comes with exclusive perks and priority treatment. VIP status is based on your drop history and is reviewed periodically.VIP status has an expiry — stay active to keep your perks. You’ll be notified in-app if your status is close to expiring.
